These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to mom-reviews.co and its related pages (the “Site”), operated under the MomReviews name. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational content only

MomReviews publishes general editorial information, comparisons, opinions, and product-related content. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutritional counseling, or a substitute for care from a qualified physician, OB-GYN, midwife, registered dietitian, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional.

Pregnancy needs and risks vary. Always consult an appropriate healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing a supplement, food product, medication, or health routine. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service.

2. Editorial content and product information

Rankings, ratings, “best” designations, pros and cons, and other assessments are editorial opinions based on the criteria described on the Site and information available when content is prepared. We do not guarantee that content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for you. Product formulas, labels, claims, warnings, availability, and prices may change. Review the current manufacturer label and instructions before use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, compensation does not guarantee a favorable ranking or review. Material relationships will be disclosed as required near relevant recommendations.

The Site may link to manufacturers, retailers, and other third parties. We do not own or control those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms, product quality, fulfillment, pricing, availability, safety, or customer service. A link is not a warranty or guarantee. Transactions are solely between you and the third party.

5. Intellectual property and permitted use

The Site’s original text, design, layout, graphics, branding, and compilation are owned by or licensed to MomReviews and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with Site operation or security; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access; use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the Site; misrepresent affiliation with MomReviews; use the Site unlawfully; or infringe another person’s rights.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomReviews and its owners, contributors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, personal injury, or losses arising from reliance on Site content, use of third-party products, or inability to use the Site. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MomReviews and its owners, contributors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

11. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
